Excerpt from the Terms and Conditions

The conditions of participation apply to all participants in the Innsbruck Alpine Trail Run Festival. Anyone who has registered with the organizer in the proper manner is eligible to participate.

Participation in the competitions using other sports equipment is not permitted. For safety reasons, accompanying participants on bicycles, inline skates, or other means of transportation is not possible.

Personal race numbers may not be altered, and advertising prints may not be made invisible or unrecognizable. Personal race numbers must be worn on the front of the upper body.

The instructions of the organizer and its staff must be followed. In the event of actions that disrupt the proper course of the event or endanger the safety of other participants, the organizer is entitled to exclude the person concerned from the event.

The organizer and staff are entitled to prohibit participants from participating or continuing to participate in the event if there are signs of ill health, in order to protect the participants.

The event and competitions will take place regardless of weather conditions. However, the organizer reserves the right to cancel or terminate the competitions early without any entitlement to a refund of the entry fee (e.g., due to severe weather), or to shorten or change the route (e.g., due to snow).

The Innsbruck Alpine Trail Run also uses public roads, so all runners must obey the traffic regulations along the entire route. Runners can drop out of the race at any aid station.

The race organizers reserve the right to exclude participants from the Innsbruck Alpine Trail Run who do not comply with the rules of the race despite being asked to do so.

A route briefing will be held for the K110, K85, K65, K40, K35, K25, and K15 races. Participation in the race briefing is mandatory for all participants.

Fair sportsmanship towards other participants, course personnel, and all other persons along the course, e.g., hikers and spectators, is a prerequisite. Every participant is obliged to provide first aid to injured persons and to inform the race organizers. If a runner gets lost or does not arrive at the aid station on time, the race organizers must also be contacted.

Every runner must carry the mandatory equipment, which will be checked when the race numbers are issued.
